Comments: Dr Perni has performed two procedures for me....one on lower back and one in my neck. Both produced fantastic results. He is very personable and unassuming. He takes the time on every visit to answer any and all questions and showed a genuine concern for my well-being and an enjoyment in seeing my improvement. One of the best I have been associated with.
